基础魔法。此魔法能够将书架（默认）创建为魔法书架。任何玩家右键魔法书架即可学会该法术（如果他们有学习权限的话）。
用法：将准星指至书架，执行<code>/cast spellbook <魔法名> [使用次数]</code>。使用次数是可选的，如果没有此值，会使用配置文件里的<code>default-uses</code>选项，如果为-1，则为无限次。
